IMEG's civil team prepared the street improvement plans, storm drain improvements, traffic signal improvements, and permitting for the street highway (major arterial) improvements and public infrastructure. This project also included design of two traffic signals, bridge widening over Cucamonga Creek Channel, and coordination with the City of Chino as the adjoining public agency. This project consisted of approximately 10,000-lf of street improvements for a major and secondary arterial, bridge widening with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) permitting for bridge improvements over the Cucamonga Creek Channel, traffic signal construction, centerline medians, street lighting/striping, quitclaims, preparation of grant deeds, construction staking, and construction administrative services.
We also coordinated with the title company to correct inappropriate prior convenience of street R/W to the County, correcting the appropriate street dedications.
